A delicious and indulgent pasta dish perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- In a bowl, mix cooked shrimp, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the jumbo shells with the shrimp mixture.
- Spread marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish and arrange stuffed shells on top.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For added flavor, use fresh herbs.
- Can substitute crab for shrimp if desired.
