Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the shrimp over medium heat until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and chop into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Fold in the chopped shrimp until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
