Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces orzo pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  3. Remove the salmon from the skillet and break it into large pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, add the spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the cooked orzo and salmon back into the skillet, tossing gently to combine.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional pepper if desired.

Notes

  • This dish pairs well with a crisp green salad.
  • For a lighter version, you can substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream.
