Instructions
- Cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and break it into large pieces.
- In the same skillet, add the spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked orzo and salmon back into the skillet, tossing gently to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional pepper if desired.
