- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, chicken ham, tomatoes, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
