- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add olive oil, mushrooms, and garlic, cooking until the mushrooms are soft.
- Pour in the heavy cream and thyme, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, mixing until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
