Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Crumble the turkey bacon and add to the mushroom mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and stir until evenly mixed.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
