Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble once cooled.
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced cucumbers and halved cherry tomatoes.
