- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cottage cheese, turkey bacon, mushrooms, spinach, and mozzarella cheese.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- For a healthier option, use low-fat cottage cheese.
