- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cottage cheese, spinach, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the mixture for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
