- 3 green chilies, slit
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions
- Heat ghee or oil in a karahi and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and green chilies, and cook until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown all over.
- Stir in the cumin seeds, coriander powder, and white pepper powder, cooking for another minute.
- Lower the heat and add yogurt, mixing well until fully incorporated.
- Allow the chicken to simmer until cooked through and tender.
- Stir in the cream and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
