Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked noodles and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
