- 1 cup diced ham
- 4 cups diced potatoes

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the chicken broth, potatoes, chicken, and ham. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat through and serve warm.
