- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Extra Parmesan, for serving
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente. In the last 2 minutes, add broccoli. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning, stirring until sauce is creamy and smooth.
- Add pasta, broccoli, and chicken back into skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in sauce. Simmer 2-3 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm.
