- 4 medium zucchini
- 1 cup burrata cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create rolls.
- In a bowl, mix burrata cheese, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each zucchini half with the burrata mixture and roll tightly.
