- 12 ounces ziti pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
- Make sure to stir the casserole halfway through cooking for even heating.
