- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
- Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up, and place them seam side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
