- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup broccoli, cooked and chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Stuff each breast with the cream cheese mixture.
- Seal the pocket with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the stuffed chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top in the last 5 minutes of baking.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the stuffing.
