Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli, cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
  4. Stuff each breast with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Seal the pocket with toothpicks.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Brown the stuffed chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top in the last 5 minutes of baking.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the stuffing.
