- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, celery, onion, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper together and add to the turkey mixture.
- Mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For an extra burst of flavor, add a pinch of thyme or rosemary.
