- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cooked rice, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and sautéed onions and garlic.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the seafood mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
