Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cooked rice, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and sautéed onions and garlic.
  5. Stuff each bell pepper with the seafood mixture.
  6. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
