Description

These Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Bell Peppers are a delightful twist on a classic dish, offering a perfect blend of seafood flavors and vibrant bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the bell peppers with the seafood mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
