- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the seafood mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
