Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the crab meat, shrimp, rice, onion, celery, cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
