Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon banana extract (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
