- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork.
- Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until tender.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Once the sweet potatoes are baked, cut them open and add a generous scoop of the cinnamon butter mixture.
