- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Roll out the dough and spread chopped apples and granulated sugar on top.
- Roll into a log and slice into equal pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
