Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and chopped pecans.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and chopped cherries, mixing until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the chocolate, coating evenly and placing back on the parchment.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chocolate is set.
