- 1 package graham crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (3.9 oz) chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed graham crackers, then press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the crust.
- Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions, then pour it over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle chocolate chips if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate pudding.
- Allow the lasagna to set overnight for best results.
