Description

This chocolate chip no-bake cheesecake is a creamy, dreamy dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust and rich filling dotted with chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Spread filling over crust. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Optional: Garnish with extra chocolate chips or shaved chocolate.

  • Coconut oil can replace half the butter for a lighter crust.
