Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently into the coconut mixture.
- Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
