Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
