- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 2 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
