Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Toss sliced chicken with cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water.

- Final Touch: Sprinkle with pepper, red pepper flakes, and green onions. Stir one last time and remove from heat.
