A delicious and easy-to-make chili relleno casserole that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients

			- 8 large chili peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Layer the chili peppers on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the cooked beef over the chili peppers.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cumin or garlic powder to the meat mixture.
- Serve with sour cream or salsa on the side.
