- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and shape wonton wrappers into the cups.
- Bake wonton cups for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Fill each wonton cup with the chicken mixture, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream.
