These Chicken Wonton Tacos are a delicious twist on traditional tacos, featuring crispy wonton wrappers filled with savory chicken and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  4. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and shape wonton wrappers into the cups.
  5. Bake wonton cups for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Fill each wonton cup with the chicken mixture, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream.
