- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced turkey, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and add a portion of the chicken mixture on one half. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve with avocado slices if desired.

- Feel free to customize the ingredients with your family’s favorite veggies.
- For extra flavor, add some diced jalapeños to the filling.
