Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced turkey, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Place a tortilla in the skillet and add a portion of the chicken mixture on one half. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve with avocado slices if desired.
