- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until softened.
- Mix together cooked chicken, cream cheese, sautéed onions, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
