- 9 sheets lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, then add half of the chicken and spinach mixture and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Top with the remaining lasagna noodles, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add herbs like basil or oregano to the chicken mixture.
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey or beef for the chicken if desired.
