Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Take each chicken breast and fill it with the cream cheese mixture and shredded cheese.
  4. Wrap each chicken breast with turkey bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped chicken and place on a baking tray.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
