Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Spread a little enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll them up and place in the dish.
  5. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
