- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Spread a little enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll them up and place in the dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced green chilies to the chicken mixture.
- Serve with fresh cilantro and lime for added freshness.
