- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then brown them on both sides.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth. Place the baby potatoes around the chicken in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
