Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 package stuffing mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the celery and onion until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, chicken broth, sautéed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Stir in the stuffing mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using leftover roast chicken.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the mix.
