- 1 batch of your favorite brownie mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread it in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
- Drop spoonfuls of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese layer and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
