- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 10 tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup corn
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions to prepare.
- Spread a thin layer of salsa in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer tortillas, beef mixture, black beans, corn, bell pepper, onion, and cheese until ingredients are used up, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let sit for a few minutes and serve.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
