Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 10 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions to prepare.
  4. Spread a thin layer of salsa in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer tortillas, beef mixture, black beans, corn, bell pepper, onion, and cheese until ingredients are used up, finishing with cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, let sit for a few minutes and serve.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños.
