Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir until well combined and heated through.
