- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Spread sour cream over the top of the stuffed shells and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
