Description

This Cheesy Spinach, Artichoke & Mushroom Stuffed Baguette is the perfect cozy treat for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the garlic and mushrooms until tender.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked mushrooms, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut the baguette in half and hollow out the insides.
  5. Fill the baguette halves with the cheesy mixture.
  6. Wrap in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake for another 5-10 minutes for a golden crust.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
