This Cheesy Spinach, Artichoke & Mushroom Stuffed Baguette is the perfect cozy treat for any occasion!

- 1 baguette
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the garlic and mushrooms until tender.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked mushrooms, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the baguette in half and hollow out the insides.
- Fill the baguette halves with the cheesy mixture.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for another 5-10 minutes for a golden crust.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
