This Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Pull-Apart Sourdough Bread is an indulgent treat perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, spinach, artichokes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Slice the sourdough bread in a crisscross pattern, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff the cheese and spinach mixture into the cuts of the bread, making sure it’s well distributed.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
- Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
