Description

This Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Pull-Apart Sourdough Bread is an indulgent treat perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, spinach, artichokes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Slice the sourdough bread in a crisscross pattern, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff the cheese and spinach mixture into the cuts of the bread, making sure it’s well distributed.
  5. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
