Description

This Cheesy Potato & Spinach Quiche is a delicious crustless recipe that combines the savory flavors of turkey bacon, cheese, and fresh spinach.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded potatoes
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions
