Description

A delicious and easy recipe for a crustless quiche featuring cheesy potatoes, spinach, and turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped spinach, and chopped turkey bacon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and add the cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Mix the egg mixture with the potato mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
