- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease, and set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in cooked beef.
- Add heavy cream and cheeses. Stir until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve.

- To avoid clumpy sauce, add cheese gradually and stir continuously.
