Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and add mozzarella cheese, herbs, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Let the dough balls rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
