Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for an hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and add mozzarella cheese, herbs, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  8. Shape the dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  9. Let the dough balls rise for 30 minutes.
