- 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
