Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes and smoked sausage, and cook until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk and cheddar cheese.
- Combine the potato mixture with the milk and cheese mixture, and pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
